Plex Cloud for old plex sign subscribers

The first statement is absolutely wrong although it is paid lip service by many unknowing people. The fact is that the customer is only right when what the customer wants is within company policies.

As far as the second statement goes: I have to wonder how you can start something you are already doing.

Plex does a LOT that I disagree with but that disagreement gives me no special privileges and you wanting something outside of Plex policies does not give you any special rights. Plex has no obligations to go outside their policies and, in this case, I REALLY hope they do not.

I do not believe that the loudest whiner should get their way.

You are like the kid in a 2nd grade class trying to get his/her way by throwing a tantrum at the top of their lungs. the proper way to handle such a tantrum is to remove the kid from the class so the tantrum does not disrupt the rest of the class any more than minimally.

You have received your answers and you have even received contact info for escalating your request so you in no way have any reasonable expectations of success. Continuing to complain just shows an extreme level of immaturity.

Because this is a user forum that Plex uses for their only support model. Plex does not have a public support ticket function or any better/different support functionality because Plex does not want to do it differently. It is Plex’s choice and it is not going to change just because one whinny brat wants it to change.

I have no position with Plex at all but, in this case, I wholeheartedly support their decisions both to stop adding users to the buggy Plex Cloud system and their decision to not make an exception for one crybaby.

If plex doesn’t have money for ticket support CRM software, it can simple made suport contact by mail, no need chat for support!

Some people write that you are crybaby, some people LOLs, nobody make work to help users with solutions, and I see it in all branches of this forum.

This is public ofer! You can discontinue service for all clients, before it you have to send notification to everybody before about 10 days of close ( See Russian laws), but not devided it to strange groups.

There is no solution. It is not possible to give you access right now. It’s like a 30 day refund policy at a store. You can’t go 100 days later and ask for a refund. They can’t make that exception and I can’t make an exception in this case. It is against our policy.

I’ve already given you an official answer. If you are upset that Plex Cloud is not available because that is why you signed up, please use the link I provided earlier and write to billing. They will refund your Plex Pass.

I allready told somebody here, that if I refund money and when Plex Cloud became available in some days I lost special offer from plex (it was until March, 27 2018) to get 37% discount for lifetime Plex Pass . And another , I like how your Plex work with surround sound via Chromecast. Plex is only one who made it right (but also with many exceptions). So, I like some other functionality of “Plex Pass” and also paid for your company not a small money for lifetime.

But the policy is only rules for lawyers! Real life is not a policy and if you are not lazy you can ask somebody from your company and they can make exceptions.

Don’t worry, be happy! I will not war with Plex, but

I am wait the real help with “Plex Cloud”. It’s not a big deal.

And also I want to force Plex to fix and solve another several issues which I found at least about Chromecast and LyricsFinder! But I don’t know how to make it with such lol support forums!
Chromecast doesn’t work with channels(plugins) from March, 20, 2018. Dom C promise to ask developers to fix it. LyricsFinder find lyrics very seldom and always return the error message. Only after ten times try I got the words! And there is no way to roll down/up lyrics on smart tv plex app, if lyrics without auto roll down. Nobody answer me about LyricsFinder after I described it.

And there are another feature requests like a wish for make works with chromecast better.

In any case I am afraid if I will wait for “Plex Cloud” your Plex company will want to bring additional money (per month) for new “Plex Cloud” service for new “Plex Pass” members after they relaunch it. I think because of that they quickly close service only for new members. But nobody pay twice!!

Maybe PLEX should suspend or inform people about Plex Cloud. PLEX boasts about it.
