Hi. I have been setting up plex Cloud Sync while I wait for for Plex Cloud so I can see what the speeds are like from amazon. However when I sync it just gets stuck on Waiting to upload. Any ideas?
Looks like they need more info to diagnose cloud sync issues. Check out this thread for log instructions:

That happens. We can’t pin down the cause. Try restarting PMS.
Strange. Somethings get to the upload process hits 100% then goes back to waiting to upload.
