Plex Connect not Working Anymore -ATV3...was working before

Hello All,

 

Has anyone's Plex stopped working on their AT3 recently. I have been using plex on my ATV for almost 3 months with no problems. Everything works great. The last couple of days I have noticed that the trailer app will boot Plex and I can see content but it will not load anything. I have also noticed that all other apps on the device are so slow. My internet is pushing 25 MBPS, I know my content is good because I can watch everything on my IOS device and browser. I made sure the DNS matched. I have a static IP on my Windows Server. Python is recognizing the connection on the Apple TV but nothing loads and it is effecting internet connection for the rest of the apps on the device.

 

Has anyone else run into this before? What boggles me is that is was working great last week and then something happened and I don't know what.

It should still be working, have you rebooted all devices, including your router?

You can also try setting the ip_dnsmaster in settings.cfg to your ISP's DNS server.

If you are still having issues then please post the info requested in the sticky.

Thank you i will post the needed info when I get a chance if I can't fix anything. One of the issues i noticed is if I change the DNS back to automatic it fixes the problem, but now I can't access Plex. Does that make sense to anyone?

That would be expected behaviour as PlexConnect is no longer intercepting the traffic and responding.
