Hey. This is wrecking my head. Tried disconnect uninstall reinstall. Followed the setup through the my home WD app to connect to plex. It works on 2 out of 5 Apple TV’s. Same type same software version. I was going to pay for the service. But now I won’t if this isn’t resolved. Anyone had a similar issue? Wtf will I do?!
*it used to work seamlessly up until about a month ago. Just never got around to trying to resolve it until now.
