So i just migrated my plex server from one pc to another. on my older PC it was an i7, 32gb ram intel nuc and never had a single buffer. My new pc is a Threadripper 2920 with 64gb ram and a quadro 4000 graphics card also hardwired to my router. now i have scoured every forum i could find to help me with my constant buffering issue. i changed the offload settings on my LAN driver, made sure my port was forwarded correctly, made sure all remote clients had video setting to original and my internet speed is 400 down and 40 up…im kind of at wits end here and have no idea what it could be. thank you in advance
