My plex server crashes as soon as I start the app on my PC, it will show in the tray on windows 10 for a few seconds and then disappear. The only thing that happened was there was a power outage in my town last night, and ever since I turned my PC back on it has been doing this. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I tried rolling back the version, I tried resetting my modem and router, checked for/updated windows. Everything is working fine EXCEPT plex wont start. I can’t figure out what the issue is. Help would be greatly appreciated.
Here is what my server log says. I don’t know what the problem is. I have uninstalled my Antivirus and basically all my programs and tried running it with basically nothing installed and nothing works. I don’t know what the log error is nor where to begin to fix it.

I have posted multiple posts and never get replies to try and help, its very frustrating trying to trouble shoot when you feel like you can’t get any help.
