Not equipped to handle RAR files here. Sorry
2 files, one before a month and other just now
I regret but must ask you to do it all again because you enabled VERBOSE logging.
This hurts the debugging process at the initial steps because it only provides us a 2 minute window of visibility. After 2 minutes, all the previous logs are gone from the queue

try to check the file from 04-03 please , i believe it was off
Question; do i have to wait for the next crash = then i enable the server and download the file again?
Sorry but it’s on for both sets.
Also, Need additional info. This is unraid and not desktop linux… Correct?
yes, through unraid … any more data requires? and only when it got crashed?
There is one obstacle I cannot help you with. Docker.
I have never had any luck making it work reliably .
I will retag this for server-unraid and server-docker to give you the most exposure possible.
I apologize I can’t help more.
thanx …
It’s possible one of your docker mappings isn’t quite right or is becoming occasionally unavailable - I had frequent crashes until I corrected all the folder relationships in the docker. Also, maybe try one of the other docker images (is that the right terminology??). I’m using the official plexinc one and it’s been flawless for over a year.
You might also be running out of space in the docker container itself - a little google on how to check container utilization might get your answer there - and also try turning off generate video previews for all libraries, deleting preview thumbnails in each library might also help. good luck!!
edit: if you don’t already have it set up this way, I’d suggest running plex / docker from an SSD cache drive (set to cache only) - you’ll find it will be WAY faster. don’t put the docker image on the array since it will always be recalculating parity for every single little file you put there. Running it on an unassigned devices SSD would probably be OK too but I haven’t tried that.
docker mappings?? maybe ur right!! thanxxx i’ll check it now !!!
docker image from linuxserver … i heard they are the best …
space hmmm still got 30tb+ free lol
and yes, dockers are on ssd - cache only
Thanx a lot kgmark …
new log - crashed and restarted nowPlex Media Server Logs_2019-04-04_23-12-51.zip (1.3 MB)
When I used LinuxServerIO docker, I used to have crashes in a few versions lower than 1.15. I mapped a /tmp mapping to /mnt/cache/appdata/plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Cache/tmp and it fixed it in those versions. I have been able to go for weeks.
I switched to plex provided one and I updated to each 1.15 release and within one day it has crashed each time for me. I just chmod 777 that tmp folder because in another thread about EAC audio they say it helps them. I switched back to 1.14 and it goes fine. I tried linuxserverio one (1.15.3) and it seems to get super high ram usage within a day and crashes.
I am staying off the 1.15 for a while.
please tell me the full version path, i’ll downgrade to it
thanx !!
