Plex crashing issue related to subtitles. Roku Channel Version 6.4 build 12
Plex crashes and returns to Roku home screen when I select the movie.
I can confirm that this crash happens when you select any movie that has subtitles srt enabled for that movie. The movies that don’t have subtitles turned on do not crash Plex when you select them. Also movies that have subtitles if I turn them off on another Plex device I can now select that movie on Roku and view the movies information. If I play the movie and during play select settings and manually turn on the subtitles the movies plays the subtitles with no problem on Roku. The issue is not Roku being able to play the subtitles but rather the subtitles being present crashes the movie info screen even though the subtitles are all valid and will play on Roku. Please fix this Channel it affects all of us Roku users who can’t select our movies with subtitles. It used to work before your update and it works fine on all other Plex apps.
