Plex on Roku = NO SUBTITLE

Hi Guys hope you can help me, I have an issue with Roku player since at least 10 previous release of Plex Server.
When I start to play a movie o a TV show the playback start but the subtitle not show. I have to manually select the subtitle.
I have all my subtitles in the correct format, I play the same content on a Apple tV4 with no issue (same Plex Server)
But on Roku no joy
I have select on Roku
Audio = English
Subtitle = Spanish

Subtitle setting on plex
Roku Caption mode= ON
Insert subtitle = always

I like to have my subtitle always on with out to manually select on each single video that start to play
Any ideas ???

Try this on the server Make subtitles stay on when the next episode plays
