For the last month a lot of my media will cause the Plex server to crash. it crashes when I play media on my Windows 10 PC, my Firecube, Xbox X, and Samsung S9+ crashes the server.
I’m not sure how to put the dump file on this forum. I can’t seem to upload it. I also don’t know where to find the “Player” version#".
Thank you @JuiceWSA! I here are the server logs and server dumps from this last crash.[Plex Media Server Logs_2020-03-12_12-19-25.zip|attachment]

Can you try upgrading to one of the recent 1.18.8 betas. There was a fix for certain crashes. Not sure if it’s what you are experiencing, but couldn’t hurt.
What specific version are you running? I’m on 1.18.8.2468 which is 1 beta version behind and not having any crashing issues. If you’ve got logs, I’ll take a look.
As long as the version of PMS you are installing (beta or public) is higher then what you have installed, you can just install.
Keep in mind that uninstalling PMS does not remove your settings, so even if you had to uninstall first, there is no loss in your current setup. This is what allows users to roll-back to a previous version if you need to.
@jspfunk last time I saw these crashes, they were because some media files somehow lost audio and video streams in the database.
Could you get the media info xml for these please
X-Men: Apocalypse (2016)
Deadpool (2016)
Also download the database as I would like to see if it is the same issue and how many media files have no audio / video streams - and just have subtitle stream
After you do that, try to reanalyze the libraries and then get the media info xml again to see if the video/audio streams got corrected
When did the problem start ? was it after a specific upgrade ?
@sa2000 Here is the Database. I am getting the other info you wanted. I am not sure when this started. I just started to notice it about 2 weeks ago, well my son did, so I’m not sure what changed before that.
