What time was the crash. I need to get it uploaded as it would then get analyzed.
The logs I have are for Feb 06, 2020 06:33:07.398 to Feb 06, 2020 14:45:15.345
When was the crash ? Was it after ?
Was the server restarted after the crash?
It should attempt to upload the crash report
Is crash reporting enabled in server settings?

I wasn’t monitoring it closely enough to tell you the exact time it crashed but clear in my syslog I have the following:

Yes, as all my content both locally and remotely showed as unavailable but NAS was available and working.

Yes it should.
Is crash reporting enabled in server settings?
Yes it is.
Can you see if any of the “Plex Crash Uploader.log” log files got written to
in /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs
The ones I have are empty
If the dmp file is still in this directory /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Crash Reports/1.18.5.2309-f5213a238/PLEX MEDIA SERVER it should re-attempt the upload everytime you restart the server

@mshorey - could you update to the current beta - there was an issue with the release you are running where log files may miss some writes
see plex.tv/downloads and select plex pass downloads

Responded. Your crashes are fixed in beta 1.18.6.2368
Sorry I would like to correct that. The crashes that user @bradolson83 got are fixed in that beta.
I cannot say anything about the issues any of the other users (including yourself) have, as only @bradolson83 provided logs
Thanks @sa2000, i have installed the Beta and will report back to see if anymore crashes happen with the logs (if it occurs).

Just an update, I have not had a crash in 24 hours since updating to the Beta version of the software. Will keep monitoring and let everybody know.
