Plex crashes on some files on Roku3 but play fine in other methods

Server Version#: 4.59.2
Player Version#: Roku 3

Certain MKV files, not all, crash Plex on Roku but no where else.

VLC: OK
Windows Movies: OK
PLEX Player on PC: OK
PLEX on Android: OK
PLEX cast from Android to Roku3: OK
PLEX app on Roku3: crashes and returns to HOME screen

Suggestions?
