Server PC can play all TV show, but not on an android/roku setup, they crash Plex on the player

I regularly download news show torrents but recently some, but not all, will crash the Plex app. You don’t have to actually play it, just clicking on the folder icon on the home screen crashes just the same way. This is a new install on a new PC. Could the problem be with the folder names?
