Roku Streaming Stick+ (4K) player version: 6.6.16.6715
Both keep crashing. I recently updated the 4K version, before that, only the most recent version was crashing which indicates to me that it’s a player version, not server version.
What happens: I leave it running on Plex, and when I return later, it’s in the Roku settings, and I have to launch Plex again. I’ve never had it crash while in use.
I have the exact same problem on my Roku 3 (4200x) version 9.4.0.
Plex (version 6.6.16.6715) will crash back to the Roku main menu every few hours (Averages about 3 hours between crashes). Most of the time I’m not using it at the moment so it is just sitting on the Plex library screen when it crashes. Sometimes I am actually watching something when it crashes. This problem started recently.
Seems this may be a Roku problem. I don’t use many other apps, but I left YouTube on earlier today, and the same issue happened.
