Plex crashes once a day at least

How can I get to the root of why Plex crashes on me once a day at least, and typically always in the evening? It’s getting very frustrating for my friends and I. It is a clean install - about 5 weeks old from a fresh format/new os/new database. Nothing saved from old Plex install. Windows 10. i7 4970 cpu. 32 gigs memory. Quadro P2000. SSD OS. System is very nice.

Randomly Plex just keeps crashing on me. This started happening right around when I installed a P2000 and enabled hardware transcoding. There is lots of suspected issues about hardware transcoding causing the server to drop out. This describes it perfectly : [BUG] Hardware transcoding causes PMS to become unresponsive

With and without transcoding I have tried running plex as a service with “Always Up” and I’ve also tried it running normally, not as a service. However again tonight it drops out on me and as of right now I have all hardware transcoding off. I have no idea it happens until a friend messages me asking if its down or if I’m watching something and it appears to buffer (forever) until killing and restarting PlexMediaServer.exe

When this happens it doesn’t notify me via tautulli or my website port monitoring software that it is down. The PlexMediaServer.exe app never exits the system tray. However, if you try to login to Plex via browser (localhost or IP of dedicated machine) it just shows a continous spinning wheel and nothing ever loads until you close the icon by the clock for PMS.exe and re-open it. Then everything magically works again until it decides to crash again. Is there a log file or something I can get reviewed or what? This is driving me nuts.
