This has been happening for at least a month. I’ve looked through the logs but I’m not seeing anything that stands out.
It usually happens when I’m trying to play media from the Xbox One app.
It could be related to hardware accelerated transcoding (your Debug logs would potentially show this, if you have them). If you have it enabled, try disabling:
Settings -> Transcoder -> Use hardware acceleration when available
If that helps, try installing one of the Intel video drivers marked as “no crashes” in the table at this link to see if you are able to re-enable hardware accelerated transcoding:
I do have that toggle checked, I’ll uncheck it and see if that helps matters. Thanks.
I changed that setting a week ago and I’ve not had a Plex crash in that whole time. Seems like that setting fixed it. Thanks.

I had set my “hardware acceleration to off” about 4 days ago and my plex process somehow still crashed.
Nothing meaningful in the logs.
