Plex Crashing to “Desktop” on Apple TV

I have a slightly similar issue regarding the latest app version on Apple TV

Streams Freezing on Apple TV 4K

Hi. Weird error but over the past couple of days, any stream via my Apple TV 4K results in it freezing for around 15 seconds then it resumes playing. Device is wired (issues happens on either wired or Wi-Fi) and so of course is the Plex Media Server. One thing I did notice while trying to do some of my own troubleshooting, is when checking the Dashboard, my steam goes from Direct Stream to Transcode during the freeze.
