WTF? PlexPY GeoLocate showing Wrong IPs

PlexPY shows the actual IP for LAN users (ROKU4 in image) but, WAN users get a 127.0.0.1 IP showing as theirs and they are “elsewhere”.
It was working fine before and after I installed the GeoLocate locator GeoLite2-City.mmdb Doohickie.

Any ideas?
