User using Plex but not showing in dashboard!

Server Version#: 1.23.1.4602
Player Version#: Xbox 5.16.0

Every time my son uses Plex, it doesn’t show him in the dashboard at all if I look at http://127.0.0.1:32400/connections?X-Plex-Token= I can see that he is connected and using Plex! I obviously can see physically by standing in his room that he’s also using Plex.

I have grabbed a Screenshot, Logs and a .txt file of the connections Page if a Dev wants it
