Plex Dashboard "Now Playing Dashboard" Slow or fails to load

I noticed over the past couple of days that the Now Playing Dashboard will fail to load, or take about 45-60secs.

Tautulli shows:
2021-04-26 18:49:57 WARNING Tautulli Pmsconnect :: Unable to parse XML for get_current_activity: ‘NoneType’ object has no attribute ‘getElementsByTagName’.
2021-04-26 18:49:57 ERROR Failed to access uri endpoint /status/sessions. Request timed out: HTTPConnectionPool(host=‘192.168.15.197’, port=32400): Read timed out. (read timeout=15)
