Last 24 hours/7 Days on Plex dashboard shows a user having 74 minutes of playtime, but 0 play history.
Drilling down on user will show no history in dashboard.
User did watch content and a notification was created on connection.
How does plex server know the user watched something for 74 minutes, but does not know what was watched.
Matching issue - Play history bug
Plex will register a play after 90% of total playtime of what is being watched has completed.
Do you know what they where watching ? What could have happened is that this user watched 74 minutes of a movie which is under the 90% length. Plex will not register a play history for that user until that criteria is met.
