Plex database backup in My Cloud Home

Hi all. I run Plex Media Server in a My Cloud Home, and I can’t find how to restore a database backup. I’ve been able to download a backup from the Plex server advanced settings (Server > Problem solving > Download the database), but I don’t find any way to restore it. Is it possible??

Besides, I’m not even sure if that’s the same file featured in this two articles, as the name is different (mine is “databaseBackup.dbbaf4382b-6cc5-413e-a2e2-664890a78f2e”):


Is it the same, so I could at least restore it in other device??
