(I just turned on debug logging this morning on my server, so please standby for further logs).
I have noticed an issue with Plex deleting media that is outside of my RecordedTV folder, for shows that it is, or has been managing in the past.
Previously I was recording Start Trek The Next Generation, and had it save the last 5 shows. However the quality was bad coming from an SD feed on a station, so I decided to grab the blu-ray box set and rip some in advance before I watch them. It seems there is a scheduled task that runs (I think nightly) which deletes most of the episodes, but only keeps the last 5 episodes in Season 3. I removed Start Trek TNG from my DVR schedule and removed the files from the filesystem, however something seems strange, as I am seeing old folder paths in my PMS logs.

I’ve been wracking my brain for months over this issue. Is anyone able to assist?
Been a PlexPass member since at around 2014, this is the first problem I’ve had in a while that I’m not able to solve myself.
