Plex deletes series seconds after scanning

After scanning library files (mostly German series, but also Killing Eve or Call My Agent) Plex shows the right cover, but after a view seconds on the thumbnail a red trash symbol appears and the series disappears moments later.
In the folder view I can see all series, but Plex says they are empty.

two possible reasons:

  1. the series is being merged with another series, due to ambiguous naming or poor folder structure https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming-and-organizing-your-tv-show-files/
  2. You already had the episodes on your server in the past and have set a deletion policy for this series (e.g. delete all watched episodes): Open the Edit screen at the top level of that show and go to the Advanced tab https://support.plex.tv/articles/201272763-edit-details/

Thanks for your help. 1 & 2 don’t helped.
But I found out that I chose the main folder “allseries” (eg. f://allseries/fromtv/Killing Eve/season 1/) where all the series are in. After selecting “fromtv” it works.
