Plex deleting offline downloaded content randomly

Purchased Plex Pass so I could download movies to my Android tablet and watch offline. Bought a 512Gb SD card to store it on. Transcode movies to 720p. I get to about 300Gb and all of a sudden, everything disappears. No error message, no reason, just everything on my Items tab under Downloads is just gone. Is there a limitation to the amount of movies or data it will keep track of? Seems like if I only download 100Gb of movies, it stays just fine. The SD card shows 300Gb+ of data is being used still when this happens.

Possible to get your android logs right after it does this?

Also just wanted to make sure you did not anything like only keep last three episodes or only for a week or similar when starting any of the downlaods

No setting like that, plus, it happens same day and I only have movies, no series.

Hey. we have been trying to reproduce this and devs said there was nothing obvious is logs that would cause it.

They were wondering if you have tried a different SD card as that one couldjust be faulty

That was my first thought after it happened two or three times, so I ordered another SD card and the issue happens with the new card too.

ok. is is possible to get the server logs as well as the android logs when it happens. I know you already sent android logs but wanted them covering the same timeframe
