The payer opens but it is not centered and everything is skewed. The clickable hotspots are off centered as well.

I just tried the same version on my Win 10 / Nvidia system, across multiple monitors, and it’s fine.
Maybe there is something different about your system that’s triggering the bug, but I cannot speculate what it might be.
You could try wiping out all the client settings, I suppose it is possible that corrupt config files might cause such a problem. (If you try that I’d keep the old settings folder because if it’s involved the devs would surely want to see it.)
I’ve tried uninstall and it went away then after a while it came back again. I think maybe something to do with scaling and my 49inch ultrawide. I think that could be the issue.

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex\plex.ini stores the window location.
You could try deleting the [ui] setting to restore to defaults.

Im having the same issue, it has only appeared after i re-imaged my machine and did add a updated GPU (1080 > 4060) however the screen set-up is exactly the same. I have the same issue as shown above, and while deleting the ui section in the .ini fixes it for that launch, it will then re-appear a launch or two after that. Is there a fix for this?
