Plex desktop player showing playback in original quality; dashboard shows transcoding to 720p

Player Version#: 1.8.2

Running PMS on the same server as playback is occurring, but for some reason the desktop player is showing playback in original quality (audio and video streams), but PMS dashboard shows that video is being transcoded to 720p. Not sure why this is happening but it’s occurring on any file with a subtitle enabled.

I’m having the same problem and I never encountered it before I started using HW transcoding…
