My email account sergiogamboa2@hotmail.com has not gotten any emails to reset the password, I am able to sign in into my linked social networks but my family has the plex account and I would like them to sign in with user password and 2FA (which I disabled just now) can someone help me on this? I have tried doing this since noon today. waiting even 3 hours intervals.
Emails of plex are set as contacts and even favorites and I already tried checking all ofthe emails folders which are basic, inbox, junk, deleted, archived, drafts.
