How can i enable discover credits in plex web? in my pley apps (fire tv, desktop) i can see DC but not in plex web.
Make sure to use the hosted version of Plex Web (https://app.plex.tv/desktop).
okay i used the the selfhosted web version. any hints when it will be available there?
also does not work on https://app.plex.tv/desktop

- movies and shows must be “matched”, meaning they must be connected to a listing on either TheMovieDB.org, or IMDb.com, or TheTVDB.com
- The libraries must NOT be excluded from global search
- “Include adult content” must NOT be active in the properties of the libraries
it works with all my apps (fire tv, desktop) but not with the web one, so im quite sure that i have done all the prerequisites
@tom80H i just click on the actor image. the people search seems working with discover credits but it’s not quite usefull for me 
Then check your web browser. It must not block any relevant lookup from happening.
If you use a specifically locked-down browser (like Brave), use a regular browser like Chrome or Firefox.
If you have any browser add-ins installed, disable them and see if this changes anything. If it does, create the necessary exception rules in the preferences of these add-ins.
If you use a customized hosts file on your computer or your router, remove any plex-related lines from there as their IPs tend to change.
If you use a 3rd-party firewall or adblocker, inspect its log files whether it blocked access to discover.plex.tv and other plex-related hosts. Then create the necessary exception rules.
that’s pretty weird. now it suddenly works via the actor image. and i haven’t changed anything at all. very strange.
