PLEX distribution kit - product suggestion

The downloads page provides bundled apps and servers for the configurations that are common, but there are so many variations of android based devices in the market that I would like to suggest that a raw zip distribution of several build target binaries would be useful to the user base. This would allow the technical users to upgrade their devices and assist other users in doing the same.

It is unfortunate, but some of the vendors supporting PLEX server and player on their devices are extremely slow to update their distributed versions. In addition to creating problems for users this probably results in a significant number of unnecessary support issues and complaints arriving at PLEX that are the result of bad practices elsewhere.

In practice it appears you support four processor architectures (Intel 32 bit, Intel 64 bit, arm7, arm8) and that there are two main variations of the android wrapper (one using apkg and a server binary, and the other using a java initiator and a server library bundled into an so library. While the integration details vary based on the devices, these 6-8 variations of the binary components remain constant across the android based targets. If these components were made available in a zip or tgz package it would allow the user community to manage their own devices better even if their vendor essentially orphaned the device.

At this time what I am specifically looking for is the binary components for the Plex media server used on android 6.0.1 arm7a with the java initiator and *.so library based server. I am trying to build my own package to update the WD MyCloud Home Duo device which seems to have been orphaned by Western Digital and has not been updated in some time in spite of a long running beta cycle.
