Plex docker (unraid) stops working but docker shows as running

Docker shows plex is still running but it is not.
I have to restart the container for it to start working again.
I got a msg from Tautulli @ 1:07AM today(9/8) that the server is offline.
Container restarted today (9/8) @ 5:53AM

Server Version#: 1.28.2.6151
Player Version#:

This is still happening even on the newest release. 1.29.0.6219
Can anyone please advise how to fix, thanks.
