Plex does not identify video type, audio options and subtitles

Since last night, I’ve added movies to my Plex movie library, but no information appears in the “video, audio and subtitles” fields. All films have internal subtitles and audio options in more than 1 language. Before, everything was read correctly, but I am facing this problem with ALL the movies added since yesterday, when I updated the plex server to the latest version.

My PLEX server is on a Windows computer, but I make the changes I need using a Mac. I have already looked directly at the server (in Windows) and the problem is the same. In addition, I cannot play these files either.

Edit your library and make sure Use Local Assets is checked. After that, click on that ellipsis and then Analyze.
Any change?
