Hi Guys, I have been using plex on Unraid for sometime. I have issues playing some mkv files to iphone and chromecast, while other mkv files play fine. I have to transcode them to mp4 to play via plex which kind of defeats the purpose. I dont even know where to being troubleshooting. Any help is appreciated.
p.s: I have specified a “transcode” directory on my cache ssd but that has not made a difference.
