Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun / HDHR-US
For the 2020 Olympics I thought I’d try the PLEX instead of MythTV and setup all three of my HDHomeRun tuners: 2x HDHomeRun Prime and my original HDHR-US. All three worked great, but there were other issues with schedule conflicts and missing recordings, so I gave it up and deleted the DVR.
Flash-forward to today and I no longer have cable but thought I’d setup the OTA HDHomeRun with PLEX and give it another go. PLEX can see the two HDHomeRun Prime tuners even though they have no cards in them and are useless. However the older, very original HDHomeRun (HDHR-US) is now invisible to PLEX. It neither detects it natively nor will it talk to the device if I manually enter the IP. The tuner itself works great, it is in active use with MythTV from the same host. It is running the latest firmware: 20221023
It seems like PLEX has dropped support for the device.
