Plex doesn't scan my NEW files only!

Hello everyone,

Plex doesn’t scan my new files and I don’t know why !? I use the correctly name for my files and Plex find my old files. Now Plex doesn’t find my new files…

I really need help please :sweat_smile::raised_hands:t3:

Make sure the permissions on the new files are the same as the old files.

It’s a good idea to tally the number of directories involved.

If greater than 8192 then the solution is obvious.
