Anyone having issues accessing Plex today? I check the status page and it shows a Partial System Outage. But it also shows that this issue has been going on for 24+ hours and that no maintenance is scheduled. I guess I’m just confused as to whether it’s me (I don’t think so) or if there is a problem system wide.
what exactly are you having issues accessing? We are monitoring a potential issue with main website but afaik that should not affect accessing a server or streaming media
I can’t access any of my media. I’ve tried a ROKU, Shield, iOS and all I get is the spinning wheel of death. I try the website on my computer (where the server resides) and I get the error message of “No Content Available - check your connection.” I have NOT rebooted my server since the status page showed an outage but am willing to try that if you think that might be the solution.
The outage on status page had to do with the main website. nothing to do with how servers are accessed by accounts.

It WAS both when I accessed via the local IP address as well. But a reboot was all I needed. I seem to be fully operational now. I almost always assume that it’s something on my end but since the status page showed issue I didn’t think I was to blame this once. LOL
