Plex drops multiple times mid show

Hey guys, having this issue since I got the app on Xbox One, and it's random at best.  The video will just quit mid show, randomly, sometimes it will play for over 30 mins, sometimes 10 mins, hitting retry will work, for a little bit, then quit again.  I'm running Plex Media Server on my iMac, and it's being broadcast over an Apple Airport Extreme on 5.0Ghz literally 8 feet from my xBox One.  I've attached log files for reference.  I'm not a networking guru so seriously be easy on me, this stuff goes over my head.

Couple of things I've noticed (they could help diagnose). I can view plex through my LG smart tv, it doesn't drop connection like the xBox when watching movies or videos.  If I'm watching a show on xBox and the connection drops, and I switch to the LG tv in a fit of annoyance to watch it through that, Plex Media server will have disappeared from my input devices.  I then need to restart my computers WIFI to see it back on the input list, HOWEVER, the Xbox will allow me to "RETRY" to play the show.  And it will start back up, only to randomly quit again at some point.

Sorry for the essay, this has been going on for so long, I've finally gotten annoyed enough to post here and seek answers.  Thanks in advance any help would be magnificent.

Looks like my log file didn't upload... I'll get it back up tonight when I get home.

EDIT: Uploaded

Just taking a quick look at your logs it looks like at some point the Plex Server is either losing access to the router connection or the router is locking up:

Jun 29, 2015 22:12:13 [0x7fff71878300] DEBUG - Network interfaces:
Jun 29, 2015 22:12:13 [0x7fff71878300] DEBUG -  * 1 lo0 (127.0.0.1) (loopback: 1)

If you do a search in the log for "Network interfaces" you can see the entries where the the server is detecting a change and then only detecting the loopback interface.   If you can give timeframes with a log showing these symptoms we can try and narrow it down.  Without relative times, it's going to be a lot of guess work trying to find something in 3+ hours of logs.
