Subtitles drop after about 10 seconds. Tried in Chrome and Firefox. No matter if its a TV show or a movie, subtitles will drop after a few seconds. If I go back and re-click the subtitles it will reactivate and start working again only to drop again a few seconds later.
I’m hearing impaired and subtitles are pretty important to me as it helps me keep the volume reasonable without disturbing other people while still allowing me to understand what’s being said in quiet portions of the film.
This issue is very annoying and I think I’ve seen where some others complained about it in the past and I couldn’t find a definitive explanation. It didn’t do this a few server updates ago. What gives? Suggestions?
