It’s been 1 month i have more problem with my subtitles…
Let me explain:
First, you need to know that usually i use auto downloaded subtitles (by plex) but sometimes i add also other sub found on internet.
My server is on my HP Proliant NAS (+ XPENology)
My player is my android device to my chromecast
So,
with a few movies or tv shows, after a few minutes (like half the movie), some subtitles don’t appear, then, progressivily i have less and less subtitles and very quickly, no more subtitles. If i try to change the sub it can freeze plex… :neutral:
sometimes i have to change sub every 3 minutes but after a short moment it’s not working anymore
This happens quiet often.
do you have any idea of what’s wrong and how to fix it please?
there’s been reports of dropping/disappearing subtitles when Plex updated their client for Android. the client is using a new video player… they’ve already provided several updates to improve quality. with the very latest version I’m experiencing no more issues with my subtitles.
Which version of the Plex for Android client do you have installed?

yesterday again, i couldn’t watch my movie… i had to use my computer and “videostream”.
so i’m using Plex 6.14.1.3753 (334c1e28)
