Plex DVR false no upcoming airings message

Hello!

I’m trying to record a show through the DVR and even with the DVR settings setup to record all airings, plex is showing the DVR schedule as ‘no upcoming airings’.

Any idea what could be going on?
The tuner works as expected.
I’ve deleted and remade the DVR multiple times.
