Plex DVR - guide will not load

I made some changes to my setup, and wound up with a fresh Plex Media Server install. I had been running on the same hardware for months without issue. When I tried to set up my DVR again, I ran into trouble. The guide data will not load. It seems there was an issue with the guide data provider some months ago, but that was supposedly resolved. I still seem to have an issue in this area.
