I was having a problem with Plex recording the scheduled shows several minutes to early, and then stopping the recording a few minutes before finishing. It seems rally obvious now, but the Plex Server’s system time was off by several minutes. I’d highly recommend enabling setting the time automatically.
In my case though , I made it into a group policy for my domain.
For those of you running hypverV or any other virtualization host that supports client time synchronization, either make sure it’s time is syncing with the internet, or disable the service in your VM settings:
