My Plex Media server is running on Windows 10 64 bit, 3.0ghz, 16gb ram
Brand new install of Plex Media Server validating version numbers.
The DVR setup found the tuner card and successfully added the channels. From the Program Guide I can record shows. And the recorded shows play perfectly. But now where can I watch or see an option for Live TV. I have tried Google Chrome browers, Internet Explorer, Edge, but none show the LiveTV feature. I have also made sure my android and IOS are current, and those don’t show the Program Guide.
What am I missing?

Live TV is currently only supported on iOS and Android TV, not in the web interface or any other platforms.
Correct. But my Samsung S7 and Iphone 6s, both with up to date files, still shows no live tv option.
You’re Samsung S7 would not since it is Android Mobile, not Android TV. You’re iPhone should which makes me wonder if you are running a server version prior to 1.7.2. If you are running the Public release 1.5.7 you won’t see Live TV, must be running the Plex Pass release which current version is 1.7.5.
