Plex DVR Not Finding Channels

Plex and HDHomeRun Prime were working fine for quite some time. Deleted the DVR setup as you requested to move to the Grace guide. Selected Create DVR. It recognized my HomeRun device and I clicked on Scan Channels. It didn’t find any channels. Ran it again, same result. Please help. Log attached.

Logs say the tuner is busy or not responding. Reboot server and HDHomerun prime.
