Plex DVR Not Scheduling Shows / Movies at proper times?

So I Just got my Plex Live TV & DVR all set up, and the channels work fine on my devices all is well… I thought… I go to test a recording from the Plex DVR, once trying to set up directly from the TV via the record “button”, and I queued up a movie… didn’t even record. I then tried setting it up from the Guide on the web GUI, and now it’s picked an entirely different day and time despite me picking something starting in 15 minutes or so. There’s no other recordings that would be conflicting where it should make this change. Any ideas of what could be causing this?
Edit - If I choose to record on a show that’s in progress, it works as normal. The show I queue up after although showing its set to record at 10 AM, then shows in the priority list at 6:00 AM tomorrow? (See screenshot)

(Please disregard the movie choice - I Picked a random channel and have never seen / heard of these movies lol… if its good movies let me know though!)

update: It actually recorded the show on time, but still doesn’t account for why it previously totally disregarded a show set up from a devices record button. Despite it recording, it still has it listed as 6 AM tomorrow in the priority section… I take it this is a bug?
