Search for movie, set it to record, plex show it recording Both Available Airings

Search for a movie called “Mystery 101”, click on it under “Guide: Shows”

I see, “2/2/19” to the left of “Mystery 101: Pilot” but I also see “Tonight at 6:00pm” to the left of the description of the show:

I select ‘record’

and it shows what appears to be recording tonight at 6:00pm, but is also showing “2/2/19” to the left of the title:

I find it in the Guide, and see that it’s set to record, as expected, tonight at 6pm:

I drop the “Today” selection down to go to Saturday, then Primetime:

and navigate to 6pm on Saturday, and it appears it’s going to record there as well:

The question is, which time will it record?.. Tonight, Saturday or both?. I’m assuming it’ll only record tonight, as it shouldn’t record twice… But it showing up this way is confusing.

Stephen

My wife who has been resistant to moving from WMC to Plex for Live TV/DVR just asked me if this recorded at 6pm today (I setup all recordings on Plex today, and deleted them in Windows Media Center as I didn’t want to run out of tuners)… well it didn’t’ record at 6pm as I thought it should of… I’ve six tuners and only two are in use right now:

This show is still showing in the grid for Saturday, Feb 02 as set to record…

Why did Plex opt for the Saturday, Feb 02 recording over the recording tonight? I setup the recording of this single episode easily an hour prior to it’s start time.

Hope it records on the 2nd… or the wife will not be happy :frowning:

Thanks,
Stephen
