On my plex server only I can access the Plex DVR features, my wife’s and guest account cannot access the Plex DVR features. How can I enable this for them?
I am not 100% sure but this is the case for Live TV so DVR might be the same:
Live TV viewing cannot currently be shared. Only the Plex Media Server owner account can currently watch live TV.

If you use a silicondust tuner, use this plex channel for your home users for live TV for the time being. This channel will run on the same plex server install as the new plex DVR:

Grant each home user access to the newly created channel section.

Hey all, just to confirm what @nokdim said is correct. The feature is not at this time available for Plex Home users, though we are well aware of the great interest in this.
