On one series it has never recorded the full show, on another series half are full recording and other half are short 10 to 11 second recordings.

Same here…with a more current version of Plex, I just tried to record Agents of SHIELD three times in the same hour. Each time the recording started, failed prematurely…I raced to then delete the unplayable TS file, delete the recording entry, and reestablish the recording entry to start recording again…then that would fail prematurely while recording…then I did it again, and my last attempt still ended up with a messed up file that said it was 20 minutes long…but would only play for 1 min with pixilation, then fail.

How does one get an answer to your question here? I paid for Plex pass but no one is available to help? Pretty lame, unless I’m missing something?
Perhaps providing more information than simply stating in the title you only get 10 to 11 seconds of requested show then providing logs with no further details. Perhaps details such as what show? When should it have recorded? Is it only the one show?

I don’t mind looking through logs but to be honest when someone posts some logs and a non specific statement about some problem I normally don’t even attempt to look at the logs.
I do see several messages in the logs with errors apparently wanting to record shows but having conflicts with other recordings:

I am not a techie so the logs do not mean a thing to me. I just want it to record two programs at the same time, as advertised. It appears that whenever i have the schedule set for two shows only one records, the other is only for 10 seconds.
@BigDaddyMoe all he is asking is for you to provide info like show name that failed, what time was it supposed to record. They have to have something to look for in the log to try and find your issue. Just give them something and they will look at it. What 2 shows do you want to record and what time
Also a new set of logs with the show information since the original post with logs is now 12 days old.
