Plex DVR Setup is seeing 2 WinTV-quadHD PCIe cards even though there's only 1

So I installed a new Hauppauge WinTV-quadHD PCIe card tonight in my Plex Media Server which is running build 1.7.2.3910. The DVR setup is reporting there are two PCIe WinTV-quadHD cards and you can only select one during the setup. So I selected the first one and went all the way through including program guide data, etc., However, PMS is now saying yes there’s the Hauppauge WinTV-Quad HD found under Server > Settings > DVR But it’s reporting there are only 2 Tuners, not 4. Attempted to “add device” to see if the DVR setup saw the other phantom PCIe card (which it’s the same card - just the other 2 tuners) and it’s not present now.

How do I get PMS to see all 4 tuners of the Hauppauge WinTV-quadHD card?

Did I miss something?

Yes… I understand that…

However, it only shows 2 tuners so does that mean it won’t access and/or utilize all 4 tuners at the same time?

Each card is a dual tuner, windows device manager shows two devices also, each a dual tuner, giving you 4 tuners. You have to add both cards that are seen, and it notes 2 tuners on each card. You can click the ‘Add Device’ option you see at the bottom of this screenshot on the DVR settings page.

Got it… adding in the additional “card” now… LoL… one would think that it would only see one card, 4 tuners. This extra step seems unnecessary since its own applications - WinTV 8, etc., see the card as a single 4 tuner unit. Wonder why PMS can’t do that.
