Plex dvr wont finish set up

plex dvr gets to the screen where you type in your zip code and wont finish

I am having the same issue - I’m running on Nvidia shield… finds DVR Happauge Wintv-dualHD… finds channels. Fails on the zipcode screen. Have you found a solution?
